This website is the collective work product of many staff members who have invested hundreds of hours over many months to bring this project to fruition.  I would like to acknowledge their significant efforts.

Thanks to Lynelle Penner who drafted many of the shoulder therapy protocols and helped with the shoulder exercise demonstration videos.  Thanks also to Austin Mann who provided video and photography support and who addressed technical issues on website construction.  John Wine also provided invaluable technical support and helped with final website formatting.

Many thanks to radiology technologists Sara Beard, LRT(R) and Jennifer Hamm, LRT(R) who provided the radiographs in the Upper Extremity Imaging didactic.  Thanks also to Lindsay West, PA-C who supervised the technologists and the photographic documentation in that section.

Finally, special thanks to Lisa Frantz, PA-C who has served as webmaster for this project.  She reviewed, revised and formatted the therapy protocols; supervised the shoulder exercise demonstration videos; and contributed substantially to the website text.  Going forward, she will periodically review and update the site.
